The Car:

Purchased new from Neufeld Motors Inc. in San Carlos, California, and delivered to its first owner Donald F Miller on 17th October 1968. Donald ordered his Porsche in the striking Blood Orange and black leatherette interior which the car still carries today.  The vehicle stayed in California until 1998 when it was imported into the UK.

Upon arrival in the UK the car changed hands a couple of times, before falling into the ownership of Micheal Slack, who restored the vehicle to an award winning standard. In fact Michael went on to enter and win awards at various Porsche club events throughout the UK.

In 2012 Michael sold the vehicle to Roger Marriot who with his son (Type 2 Detectives, Andrew Marriot) carried out the most recent works which included upgrading and rebuilding the original matching numbers engine whilst continuing to service and maintain the vehicle to a high spec. Roger and his wife have used the 912 throughout the UK and Europe on numerous events but recent lack of use and at the ripe old age of 82 Roger has decided to move the car on, it is our task to find the car a loving new owner.

This is one of the finest examples of a Porsche 912 and an absolute joy to drive, in a classic, (and stunning) colour, whats not to like?
