1972 Porsche Rubystone Beetle
Body: Genuine 1972 VW bodyshell painted in the ever-popular Porsche Rubystone Red (Pink?!?) Built in the style of the Californian look cars which dominated the streets of Southern California (and beyond) in the 1980's, this look and colour have made a huge comeback, so now's the time to re-live your youth.
Interior: The interior features Porsche seats re-stitched in black vinyl with classic Porsche material inserts, the interior also has a new headliner and carpets.
Chassis and running gear: The chassis has undergone a full rebuild and has been treated to several layers of Raptor Chassis Coating. All mechanical parts are either new or fully rebuilt. We have upgraded the brakes all around. The suspension has been mildly lowered and is now running uprated Bilstein dampers throughout. Wheels are 15inch Fuch replicas which have been detailed in black. New wiring loom and electrics installed throughout.
Engine: 1641cc Air-cooled Flat 4 with Twin 40 Kadron carburettors and a tuck away exhaust system.
